Abstract
The article examines the methods of managing the labor potential of the enterprise. A number of negative factors affecting the development of labor potential at the national level have been identified. It has been determined that the effectiveness of labor potential management should be considered taking into account the function of social inclusion, which redistributes social opportunities among all groups of the population, strengthens the connection between the principles of equality and non-discrimination, and expands opportunities. The functions of managing the labor potential of an enterprise are defined. It has been established that the goal of managing the labor potential of an enterprise is to ensure and promote continuous development by combining existing human resources, qualifications, experience, knowledge and subpotentials with the main strategies and goals of the enterprise. The main tasks of labor potential management are revealed. The main methods of managing labor potential are identified. It has been determined that modern methods of managing labor potential are tools that are based on the personality, intelligence and performance of each individual employee. It has been established that labor potential management is designed to ensure rational employment of workers and the effective use of their qualifications by regulating and systematically organizing the desired changes in labor potential in accordance with the needs of the enterprise. It has been established that the mechanism for designing a system for managing the labor potential of an enterprise should be carried out in stages, taking into account the current state of economic development. It has been established that the labor potential of an enterprise is a complex concept that includes not only socio-psychological characteristics, but also behavioral characteristics that determine the formation, implementation and development of the qualitative characteristics of people involved in the labor process. All this must be taken into account in the future of further research in the context of improving the system and tools for diagnosing the labor potential of an enterprise.
