Abstract

This article discusses the importance of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the successful formation of the readiness of future IT specialists for professional activities in the blended learning environment. Under the influence of globalization and transformational processes, modernization of the educational sector is taking place in Ukraine. Faced with the globalization problems of the expansion and integration of labor markets, aging of the population, rising migration levels and unemployment, countries have begun to search for effective means to face the challenges of modernity. The purpose of the article is the theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional activities of future IT specialists in the process of blended learning. The relevance of the article lies in the growing importance of the IT industry in Ukraine and the need to train future IT specialists. It is noted that blended learning, combining traditional methods with the use of online resources and interactive platforms, is becoming increasingly popular in modern education. The study of organizational and pedagogical conditions in this context provides important answers to how effectively prepare future IT specialists, providing them with the necessary professional skills and knowledge for a successful career in this field, the formation of which affects the efficiency and quality of the organization and the results of the educational process. It has been established that increased competition in the IT field requires new approaches to education, and the study of organizational and pedagogical conditions for developing the readiness of IT specialists is becoming key to improving the quality of education in this area. The article examines the key aspects influencing the preparation of future IT specialists, focusing on the features, technologies and pedagogical strategies that contribute to the optimal acquisition of knowledge and skills. The article highlights the importance of lesson planning, the use of interactive techniques, open dialogues and the practical tasks of actively involving students in the learning process. Attention is focused on supporting the interest of students in professional topics due to the variety of methods and forms of training that contribute to a more effective study of IT disciplines in a mixed format
