It has been established that the use of systemic methods of strategic management analysis allows one to obtain a comprehensive view of the situation. It is indicated that in order to ensure the stability of the enterprise, it is necessary to assess the level of strategic development. It has been established that the assessment of the state of strategic development of an enterprise is based on an assessment of the use of its components, in particular, such as the financial component, the managerial component, the technical (production) component and the innovative component. It was found that the economic development of an enterprise is not only an irreversible, controlled, purposeful, natural, quantitative, qualitative and significant change in the economic system of an enterprise, but also an optimal result or state of effective functioning of economic activity in the long term. It has been revealed that in the conditions of modern economic development, ensuring a positive financial position, which influences the adoption of effective management decisions and the development of the enterprise as a whole, is of great importance for enterprises of different forms of ownership. It has been determined that the development of an enterprise should be carried out in such a way that all changes occurring at the enterprise in the technological complex, in production, in innovation, in organizational and managerial activities can support and increase its profitability and stability, as well as other relevant characteristics of this process.
