Abstract

In the context of constant changes in technology and market conditions, one of the key aspects of the successful functioning of an enterprise is the development and implementation of an effective innovation policy at the enterprise. The formation of an innovation policy is a complex but necessary process to ensure the successful development of an enterprise in conditions of constant change. Innovation is becoming a key element of competitiveness, and an effective innovation policy allows you to solve challenges and achieve the strategic goals of an enterprise. By viewing innovation as an investment in the future, businesses can ensure a stable position in a dynamic, competitive business environment. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to explore the main aspects and features of the formation of innovation policy at the enterprise in modern conditions. It has been determined that the basis and process of analyzing the formation of innovation policy at an enterprise in modern conditions are the following aspects, with their features, namely: determining the purpose of innovation policy; creating an innovative culture; formation of innovative potential of personnel; development of an innovation strategy; attracting external resources and partnerships; financing innovation; monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of innovations; adaptation to changes in legislation and standards; interaction with consumers and the ability to change; innovation process risk management; integration of environmental and social aspects of innovation Successful implementation of innovations in an enterprise is determined not only by the quality of innovations, but also by the team's readiness to adapt and effectively respond to changes in the business environment. It is noted that innovation policy provides not only competitive advantages, but also creates the foundation for effective development and long-term success of the enterprise. Adaptability and readiness to change are becoming key factors that allow an enterprise to flexibly respond to market challenges and ensure sustainability in a competitive business environment. The prospect of further research is the improvement of analytical tools for managing the innovative development of an enterprise under risk conditions.
