It has been established that business planning includes solving such problems as assessing the current state, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, and setting performance goals for the planning period. It has been established that an effective business plan should define the main benefits of the project and why users should pay for a certain service or product. When developing a business plan for a new venture, it is important to determine the scope and purpose of the new venture, as well as its main differences from existing activities. The main areas of application of the business plan are highlighted.
