INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A MEANS OF OPTIMIZING THE ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES

The article examines the features of introducing information technologies into the activities of enterprises with the aim of optimizing them. It has been determined that the problem of many domestic enterprises is not only the lack of strategies for the implementation of information technology, but also ignorance of at least the main vectors for the development of management information support. It has been established that modern information technologies are not only capable of fully satisfying the requirements of production systems, but are also an important condition for their development. It has been established that modern information technologies combine traditional work tasks with databases and statistical analysis, which allows informed management decisions to be made. It has been established that to automate the assessment of an enterprise's activities, the principle of applying a single standard is used, which forms the basis of computer systems for analyzing economic activities. It is noted that new information technologies for business management are important and necessary tools that allow you to receive, record, store and process information quickly, efficiently and reliably. It has been established that the introduction of information technologies into the economic activities of enterprises contributes to the development of a new work culture and ensures a change in the strategic direction of the enterprise. It has been established that a clearly defined mechanism for the implementation of information technology ensures the connection of elements and levers and allows for a quick response to various external and internal factors, which, in turn, influence the implementation of information technology and contribute to their most effective use in the enterprise. The main problems in solving the implementation of information technologies in enterprises are noted. It has been revealed that currently there is a lot of software for automating both the professional activities of a manager and the process of his self-development. The prospect for further research is a systematic, comprehensive analysis and improvement of the mechanism for diagnosing enterprise activities based on the use of modern information technologies.
