THE ROLE OF BUSINESS PLANNING IN ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article defines the role and explores the features of business planning in anti-crisis enterprise management. It is noted that the quality of decisions and the success of all management activities depend on business planning. It has been established that crisis management is considered as a subsystem of corporate governance to neutralize and prevent crisis phenomena. It has been established that the essence of crisis management is expressed in features aimed at predicting and eliminating risky management decisions. It has been established that the most important method of business planning is the creation of a business plan. It is noted that crisis management is an important part of the enterprise management system, since it ensures the prevention and management of problems and crises in the activities of the enterprise. It was found that the issue of choosing a strategy for anti-crisis management of an enterprise can be formulated and discussed only on the condition that anti-crisis management is strategic, since it is aimed at solving long-term problems. It has been determined that the development of an anti-crisis program is carried out on the basis of an economic diagnosis of the financial condition of an enterprise, determining its propensity for bankruptcy, assessing the consequences of the current situation and the conclusions of the analysis. The main tasks solved in anti-crisis management of an enterprise are highlighted. It is noted that a business plan is a written document containing detailed information about a future or existing project and taking into account all the opportunities, potential and risks during its creation and implementation. It has been established that anti-crisis business planning is an important type of strategic method of anti-crisis management, which has a number of unique features, since it develops in unstable business conditions. It is noted that the development and implementation of a business plan is a reverse process, since it requires constant monitoring and coordination of implementation stages and requires an integrated approach to ensure that all aspects of activity and resource provision function as a single mechanism. It is advisable to carry out further research in the direction of improving the diagnostic system for anti-crisis management of an enterprise.
