Abstract
The relevance of the development and implementation of principles for the formation and structure of a mechanism for managing the sustainable development of an enterprise is extremely important in modern conditions, when enterprises face constant challenges of economic instability, environmental problems and social responsibility. The introduction of principles, formation and improvement of the mechanism of sustainable development is becoming a key element of strategic management, allowing enterprises to go beyond traditional management models and achieve positive results in all aspects of their activities. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to formulate the principles and structure of the management mechanism of sustainable development of the enterprise in modern conditions. It has been established that the basis and process of analyzing the formation of principles for managing the sustainable development of an enterprise are the following aspects with their features: a holistic approach that combines economic, environmental and social aspects; engaging stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, employees and community organizations; innovation and technology, effective resource management; promoting inclusive development; continuous improvement of business processes; ensuring financial and economic stability. These aspects are basic and interact with each other, forming an integral system aimed at achieving sustainable development of the enterprise in modern conditions. It has also been determined that the basis for the formation of the structure of the mechanism for managing the sustainable development of an enterprise, which determines the basis for the effective implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the enterprise and is important for achieving its success in the long term in modern conditions, are the following aspects, namely: strategic planning; monitoring and measurement; attracting personnel; interaction with the public; risk management. It is noted that enterprises that successfully implement this approach are more adapted to modern challenges and are able to create not only economic, but also social and environmental value. It also helps create sustainable competitiveness and ensure long-term economic success in today's environment. The prospect for further research is to improve the system and mechanism for managing the sustainable development of business structures based on the circular economy.
