RECREATION OF PRODUCTION POTENTIAL OF FARMS ON THE BASIS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIONS

Abstract
The stable development of farms guarantees the food security of the state, contributes to the transformation of the agrarian sector into a competitive sector of the economy. The work examines and defines the essence of the resource potential of farms. An analysis of the main structural elements of the resource potential of farms in Ukraine was carried out. It was established that the resource potential of farming as an indicator is the result of the combined action of local potentials, in particular, the formation of resource potential is a balanced and proportional combination of the necessary labor, land, biological and material resources. Compared to agricultural enterprises, farms have a much smaller scale of activity, so their reproductive capacity is limited. The direction of the transformation of agriculture within the framework of the introduction of innovations aimed at the reproduction of production potential in agriculture has been determined. The research is based on the interdependence of the expanded reproduction of farm resources on the intensity of the process of introducing innovations into their economic activity. It was found that the application of innovations leads to the reproduction of the production potential of farms under the influence of economic, technical, social, and environmental factors. The level of innovativeness of the production potential depends on the innovative activity of farmers, that is, on the ability of farms to introduce innovations into production processes. The authors made an attempt to build a model of management of innovative activities aimed at the reproductive processes of the production potential of farms in Ukraine, taking into account the rapidly changing conditions of agro-industrial production, the introduction of digital, cognitive, nano- and biotechnologies, changes in the agri-food market and the emergence of new consumer preferences organic agricultural products.
