Abstract

Introduction. The modern business environment is strongly dynamic, globalized and competitive, which requires enterprises to continuously improve their management approaches to ensure efficiency and competitiveness. This leads to the creation and development of new management methodologies that are designed to address the complex problems of organizations. One of these innovative methodologies is the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which offers a holistic approach to managing a business. In the enterprise management system, EOS is one of the key elements that ensures transparency, accountability and a clear organizational structure. At the same time, the choice of methodology depends on the specific needs and goals of the organization. Therefore, there is a need for a detailed analysis and comparison of EOS with other management methodologies to determine its role and place in the enterprise management system. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to reveal the features and advantages of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) management approach in comparison with other management methodologies, such as Agile, Lean and Six Sigma, to determine its role in improving the efficiency of enterprises. This will allow to substantiate the possibilities and stages of EOS implementation in the management of domestic companies, creating unique competitive advantages and forming an optimal management methodology adapted to the specific needs of business in today's dynamic economy and digital transformation. Implementation of EOS as an integrated management system helps enterprises to implement an effective management policy aimed at achieving strategic goals and improving overall performance. The article also discusses other methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Agile. Materials and methods. The research materials are: 1) scientific works by domestic and foreign authors on enterprise management methodologies, in particular EOS, Agile, Lean and Six Sigma; 2) publications and research on the practical application of these methodologies in various business sectors. In the course of the study, the following scientific methods were used: theoretical generalization and comparative analysis (to characterize and compare the key features of EOS, Agile, Lean and Six Sigma); systematic approach (to determine the place of EOS in the overall enterprise management system); synthesis and logical generalization (to draw conclusions about the advantages and limitations of EOS compared to other methodologies). Results. The research article provides a comparative analysis of the management approach of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) with other management methodologies, such as Agile, Lean and Six Sigma. It is found that EOS offers a more comprehensive approach to business management, covering all aspects of the enterprise, including strategic planning, process optimization, communication and team management. The key advantages of EOS are identified, which are to ensure greater transparency, accountability and a clear organizational structure compared to other methodologies. It is found that EOS is particularly effective for small and medium-sized enterprises, providing a structured approach to management without excessive complexity. The study results show that the choice of management methodology depends on the specifics and needs of a particular enterprise, but EOS is particularly effective for companies seeking an integrated approach to management and rapid business scaling.
