THE BUSINESS MODEL TRANSFORMATION INTO THE STRATEGY ON THE BASIS OF THE ECOSYSTEM VISION OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Introduction. The relevance of research on the transformation of a business model into an enterprise strategy based on the ecosystem vision of enterprise development is substantiated. Solving issues of modern development is not possible without interaction and cooperation of all interested parties. The best way to take into account mutual influence is possible using the idea of ecosystem development, which is based on the laws and principles of coexistence. The relevance of the ecosystem approach to the formation of business models for solving the goals of sustainable development and ecological resource extraction is substantiated. Using the principles of ecosystem development requires a transformation — a transition from traditional ways of organizing cooperation to one coordinated with the needs and requirements of those involved in the implementation of strategic tasks. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to reveal the conceptual foundations of the transformation of the business ecosystem model into a development strategy, to highlight and characterize the main stages of the change process on the example of an energy company. Materials and methods. To achieve the goal of the article, the survey method, the method of logical modeling, the method of generalization and synthesis, and the method of structural-logical description were used. The results. The main approaches to the definition of the business model are considered, the etymology of the business ecosystem model is highlighted. The descriptors of the business ecosystem model are characterized, the characteristics of the ecosystem vision of the development of enterprises and its role in the formation of the business ecosystem model on the example of an energy company are determined. The main strategic directions of the development of the domestic energy industry are highlighted, the environmental challenges of their activities are outlined, with a focus on the issues of decarbonization, waste management, and energy efficiency. The relevance of the ecosystem approach to building business models and taking into account its features in the processes of transformation of the business ecosystem model into the company's development strategy is substantiated. A survey of stakeholders of the energy company was conducted, including 38 internal and 34 external. According to the results of the survey, a logical-structural description was formed, which demonstrates the impact of the respondents' answers on the transformation processes. Based on the selection of the main stages of the transformation process using the ADKAR change management method, the main actions and indicators that ensure the implementation of the desired changes and their control and monitoring are determined. The proposed principles of ecosystem development of business will allow business ecosystem models to function effectively and implement transformation stages with maximum consideration of modern challenges and needs, opinions of parties interested in changes, and taking into account the developed change management methodology. Prospects. Further research is aimed at an in-depth study of the behavior of stakeholders in the processes of functioning of the business ecosystem and determining their readiness and participation in transformation processes
