Abstract

Introduction. Cooperation, as a form of business organization, is gaining more and more popularity in the modern world. It allows enterprises to combine efforts, resources and knowledge to achieve common goals and overcome challenges. Cooperation and business planning are two interrelated concepts that can significantly increase the efficiency of enterprises. Combining the efforts of several companies or entrepreneurs allows to achieve synergy, expand opportunities and reduce risks. Strategic planning, in this context, is one of the key areas of economic development of the enterprise. It includes the process of defining long-term goals, developing strategies for their achievement, and adapting to changes in the external environment. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the combination of financial, material and human resources, which allows the implementation of large-scale projects that would be inaccessible to each individual participant in agrarian business. Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the fundamental developments of scientists and practitioners in business planning on the basis of cooperation in agrarian entrepreneurship. The theoretical significance lies in clarifying the theoretical provisions and methodical foundations of the formation of a business project. The following methods are used in the work: historical-economic method — in the analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the problem; monographic method — for evaluating the formation of the enterprise's business project using existing methods; abstract-logical — for the development of recommendations for the development of a business project on the basis of cooperation. Statement of the problem. Strategic planning helps the enterprise determine its direction of development, focus efforts on achieving key goals, effectively use resources and adapt to changes in market conditions, thereby ensuring its sustainability and competitiveness. The results. The cooperative acts as an effective mechanism for reducing production costs and increasing the competitiveness of its members. By combining purchases and sales, the cooperative achieves economies of scale, which allows it to offer more competitive products. At the same time, the cooperative ensures fair payment of suppliers, promoting long-term cooperation. Prospects. Cooperatives, as a form of business organization, have significant potential for development in the modern world. They offer an efficient mechanism for combining efforts, resources and knowledge, which allows to achieve synergies and overcome the challenges facing individual enterprises.
