Abstract
Introduction. The article examines the features of managing social and labor relations in wartime and post-war times. It is proven that during this period, the interaction of all parties to social and labor relations became significantly more complicated, and non-traditional forms of organizing work and employment became more of a priority. It was established that in wartime and in the post-war period, the function of human resources management becomes the catalyst for harmonizing the interests of employers and employees
