Abstract
This study explores the dynamic interplay between Agile Mindset, Customer Centricity, and Corporate Social Responsibility in fostering corporate sustainability. This research utilizes a qualitative meta-analysis of 21 peer-reviewed articles to investigate the individual and combined effects of three dimensions on organizational transformation and long-term sustainability. The study identifies key patterns and trends through thematic analysis and qualitative synthesis, offering a structured understanding of their interconnections. Agile Mindset enhances organizational adaptability and responsiveness, facilitating the integration of sustainable practices into business operations. Customer Centricity ensures alignment between corporate sustainability initiatives and stakeholder expectations, reinforcing market relevance. Corporate Social Responsibility drives ethical business practices, fosters stakeholder trust, and promotes innovation. These elements create a reinforcing cycle that enhances financial and non-financial performance across diverse industries. This research advances sustainability theory by presenting an integrated framework that links agility, customer engagement, and corporate responsibility. It bridges theoretical and practical perspectives, offering actionable insights for managers and policymakers. The study highlights strategies for aligning adaptability, customer engagement, and ethical business practices to achieve corporate sustainability in an evolving business environment. These findings significantly affect corporate strategy development, sustainability implementation, and stakeholder value creation. Future research should empirically validate the proposed framework and explore emerging sustainability trends to strengthen the field further.
