Abstract
The full-scale war launched by the Russian Federation against Ukraine in 2022 has posed an unprecedented challenge to the global security architecture. The effectiveness of major international organizations–namely the United Nations, NATO, and the OSCE — has come under scrutiny regarding their ability to defend sovereignty, respond to International law aggression, deliver humanitarian assistance, and support regional stability during active armed conflict. This topic is critically important due to both the juridical erosion of the international legal order and the institutional inertia of global security bodies.
