SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LIMB LYMPHEDEMA

There were 24 patients with lymphedema of the extremities, which were divided into 3 groups according to the method of treatment. The first group used complex conservative therapy. Patients of the second group performed the imposition lymphoveinous anastomosis. Patients 3 groups was performed subfascial autodermoplatika deepitelizirovannymi flaps on the leg . The evaluation of treatment, subfascial autodermoplasty deepitelizirovannymi flaps on the leg made 3 groups of patients showed the best clinical effect compared to other groups of patients given observation.
