FEATURES OF PREOPERATIVE INSPECTION BY GRYZHENOSITELYA

To choose the optimum variant of surgical treatment of patients with hernias of the front belly wall (HFBW) is an actual problem in surgery, because in the early postoperative period a number of patients has the increased intra-abdominal pressure, that leads to appearance of an abdominal compartment syndrome (АCS). That is why it is important to perform an adequate preoperative assessment, to identify the factors complicating the early postoperative period. We have examined 98 persons with HFBW and analyzed their accompanying pathology, lung function, symptoms of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.
