Abstract
The effect of ultrafine copper powder at a dose of 10-4 mg / kg and 1 mg / kg on the oxidative modification of proteins rat heart. It was found that under this model reduces the content of oxidation-modified proteins and the proportion of secondary markers of oxidative stress. Exposure to form copper ultrafine followed by site-specific oxidative damage to proteins in tryptophan residues, indicating that the fragmentation of the protein molecules.
