ETHICAL FOUNDATIONS INTERROGATION OF JUVENILE

The Constitution of the Russian Federation clearly has the rights and duties of citizens, one of those rights is the right of citizens to qualified free legal assistance. The article analyzes the system of free legal assis- tance in the Russian Federation, participants of which are the legal clinics (student legal bureaus, student coun- seling offices and others.), non-governmental centers of free legal aid and public organizations. Free legal assis- tance is provided in the form of counseling, both in writing and orally, to help citizens make complaints, peti- tions, motions and many other legal documents. The article says that the non-state system of providing free legal aid in the Russian Federation is at an early stage of its development, but it is moving in the right direction
