Abstract
In the article the author presents the methodology of using different forms and methods for classes while training future probation officers to perform their functions. The author defines the methodology as the integration of teaching method and pedagogical (innovative) techniques of the context teaching that gives desirable results, forms required competences, makes cadets active participants of the educational process while implementing different forms of giving seminars and practical classes. The methods of conducting seminars and practical classes with future probation officers are oriented at interactive methods that make it possible to conduct these classes on the basis of interaction with educational environment that creates pre-conditions for cadets’ obtaining practical experience in the sphere of interrelations and role communication in the imaginary (modeled situation) reality through theoretical comprehending of the obtained experience of using the knowledge.
