The study also explores and compares the students’ knowledge, awareness, and integrated science process skills both before and after learning. The sample in this research study is 58 Environmental Education undergraduate students enrolling in Biology and Environmental Biology semester 1 academic year 2014. The instruments for the study included biology and environmental biology laboratory lesson plans, an achievement knowledge test, environmental conservation awareness questionnaire, an achievement integrated scientific process skills and development of biology and biological laboratory handbook gained from experts in the seminar. Statistics used to analyze the data were uses percentage, mean, standard deviation, and for testing hypotheses the paired t-test. The results showed that efficiency 80.55/81.85 of biology and biological laboratory handbook for bachelor degree students is efficient at 80.55/81.85 as expected 80/80 in the criteria while the Effectiveness Index (E.I.) is 0.751. Besides, it is found that the students have more integrated science process skills after learning than before and the test is statistically significant at the .05 level. In conclusion, the development biology and biological laboratory handbook for bachelor degree students in the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahasarakham University is efficient and suitable for the students since it can increase their knowledge of environmental biology as well as awareness of environ mental conservation and integrated science process skills.
