Super leadership of School Administrator’s Influencing to Student’s Quality in School Under the Secondary Educational Service area office 18

The purposes of this research are to determine the level on superleadership of school administrators, level of student quality in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 and the prediction of equation of superleadership influencing student quality in school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The sample consisted of 341 teachers under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The instrument used for the study was a set of five-scale questionnaires. The statistical devices analysis of this study focused on the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
