Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) To study and analyzed the state of Administration and Management in Basic Education Schools in Multicultural societies along the border in the Northern Part 2) To present the strategy and the trends of Administration and Management of Basic education schools in Multicultural societies along the border in the Northern Part. This research is descriptive research and used the Mixed Method. The data was collect both in quality and quantity. The samples were 297 school administrators from the border schools which attached to the Primary Educational Office Area in the top north. The samples were selected by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in collect the data were the structure interview and the questionnaire to ask about the state of Administration and Management in Basic Education Schools. The qualitative data was analyzed by using analyze and synthesize substance. The quantitative data was analyzed by using the statistic analyzed. Then write in Descriptive Statistic as in frequency and percentage. The questionnaire of rating scales were analyzed by using Mean, Standard Deviation data. The result of the study revealed that ; The state of Administration and Management in Basic Education Schools found 3 problems ; institute, organization and community did not concern in supporting the education management. 2. The communities were poor that could not mobilize the budget to achieve in school administration. 3.School strategies could not achieve the objective and school vision. The strategy of Administration and Management of Basic education schools in Multicultural societies along the border were consist of 10 trends and there were 40 action trends. The strategy evaluation and the trends of Administration and Management of Basic education schools in Multicultural societies along the border in the Northern Part were appropriate by 16 qualified persons. They agreed that it was in the top most rate.
