The Development Model of Transformational Leadership for Administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission

The purposes of this research were: 1)To study the factors which influence to the transformational leadership of administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission. 2) To develop the model of transformational leadership development of administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission. The samples were 1,420 administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission. Those samples were selected by Multi-stage Sampling. The instruments using in this study was the Rating Scale with reliability 0.982. Data were analyzed by using Computer Program, and LISREL Program as Descriptive Form as well as Inferential Form. The result of the study revealed that 1. The Administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission showed their level in expression of transformational leadership in “the Highest” level. 2.The factors which influence to the transformational leadership of administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission showed their level in expression of transformational leadership in “Highest” level for all of 3 factors including: Organization Atmosphere, Emotional Intelligence, and Organizational Commitment. 3. The Strutural Equation Model of the Construction of Transformational Leadership of the Administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission was congruent with empirical data as criterion as follows: X2 = 19.88, df = 1.42, GFI = 1.00, AGFI = 0.98, CFI = 1.00, SRMR = 0.005, RMSEA = 0.017, and CN = 2070.52 4. The Development Model of Transformational Leadership for Administrators which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission was founded appropriate and possible by the knowledgeable people. They voted in “the High” level.
