Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the Future Scenario of Supervision for Basic Educational Schools in the Next Decade (B.E.2556-2565) and 2) To study the trends for preparation of the change of supervision in the future scenario of the Basic Education Schools in the next decade (B.E.2556-2565). The purpose samples in Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) were 23 key informants. Semi interviewed questionnaire, and 2 times of Delphi questionnaire were used in Delphi Technique. Nine key informants who joined the Focus Group Discussion in suggestion the trends for the organization in Basic Education in preparation of the change of supervision in the future scenario. The result of the study revealed that: 1. The Future Scenario of Supervision for Basic Educational Schools in the Next Decade (B.E.2556-2565) were concerned by 8 issues that would impact the supervisory. Those points were 1) The Role of the persons who concern with the supervision. 2) The framework of the supervision 3) The model of the supervision 4) The technique or procedure used in supervision 5) The Education Management for the preparation of the Thai students as Thailand would join ASEAN Economic Countries: AEC in the year 2018. 6) The Education Management for the 21 Century. 7) The Practice of the supervisors by follow the Standardization of the supervisors. And the last point was 8) The structure of the office of Educational Supervision. 2. The trends for preparation of the change of supervision in the future scenario of the Basic Education Schools in the next decade were ; The stakeholders of Basic Education Management which attached to Office of The Basic Education Commission and the Department of the Local Administration should support the appropriate medias and technology instruments for teaching, learning and also supervision. Research based on Education Development would be necessity in every level. There must be promote in using English and also the online for quality of education. Networking must be important for teachers, supervisors to improve the learning management. The schools should have strong school supervision to increase the quality of education. There must be the central office for developing and cooperating all supervision from every department. The university which produce student of teachers and also the school administers should have supervision on the job training of teacher students.
