Administrative factors of Private Vocational College Quality in the Northeast of Thailand

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the guideline on administration of Private Vocational College Quality in the Northeast of Thailand, 2) to study the confirmatory factor of administration in Private Vocational College Quality in the Northeast of Thailand, 3) to create the predicting equation of the success factors in administration in Private Vocational College Quality in the Northeast of Thailand that influenced the internal quality assurance according to the vocational education standard. The sample were 81 college administrators and 286 teachers, using the multi?state sampling technique. The research instrument was questionnaires with Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) scores 0.60-1.00. The data were statistically analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) by employing the Package Program.
