The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership of Administrators and Effectiveness of Child Development Centers in Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Suratthani

The purposeof this research was tostudy transformational leadership of the directors of child development centers, effectiveness of child development centers, and relationship between transformational leadership of the directors and effectiveness of child development centers. The data was gathered from 295 directors and teachers of child development centers under subdistrict administrative organizations in Suratthani by using questionnaires with the value of confidence ranked 0.92. The gathered data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation. The study revealed that overall transformational leadership of the directors of child development centers under subdistrict administrative organizations in?Suratthani province was at a medium level. Overall effectiveness of child development centers under subdistrict administrative organizations in?Suratthani was also at the medium level. For the relationship between transformational leadership of the directors and effectiveness of child development centers, the study showed positive relation ( rxy = 0.86) at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
