Abstract
The efficacy of antituberculosis treatment of patients with tuberculosis and concurrent diseases of the digestive system (2nd group) and without such diseases (1st group) has been studied. We determined that the efficacy of inpatient treatment in patients of the 2nd group is reduced due to unwanted adverse reactions to antituberculosis drugs. At a later stage with controlling unwanted adverse reactions the differences between the groups are eliminated and they are not revealed by the end of outpatient stage of treatment.
