Abstract
Сlinical case of nonspecific aortoarteritis is described as an example of the need for careful analysis of the received data obtained by the patient's physical examination with the identification of clinical diagnostic criteria, the presence of which is the basis for the early prescription of a modern laboratory and instrumental examination methods. The target point for the verification of the diagnosis with modern instrumental methods of examination is necessary for early treatment. Early verification of diagnosis and prescription of treatment allows to stabilize the inflammatory process, avoide complications, as well as to prevent further progression of the disease, which is socially significant.
