Collective farms of Ukraine in the system of the attitude to the state in the first afterwar years (1945-1950)

It is discussed the role and the place of the collective farms in the social-economic system and its producing relations with the state, party, soviet, order organs, enterprises, institutions and organizations during the first after war years. It is showed that they were in the subordinate situation in the relations with the state, different agricultural and industrial structures. It was proved that, in the conditions of critical and growing state necessity in the agricultural productions, during the after war period, it was taken the course to the traditional and administrative forms and methods of getting produced collective farm's products. It is also showed that in the relations with the state, different subjects of the production activity, the collective farms were given the subordinate role, their functions were reduced to the specific circle of abilities: the growing of agricultural products, the conservation of seeds materials, filling up seeds into the seeds machines, returning this product to the state according to the concrete tasks and also with the whole responsibility for the quantities and qualitative indexes of the production activity of State collective farms heads and the leaders of their subdivisions.
