Abstract
The article presents the numerical results of predictions of marine propeller characteristics in open water condition using RANSE CFD method with Gamma ReTheta Transition Model. The moving reference frame method was applied to conduct the simulations. The impact of mesh density on computed results are considered in this study. The well-known Propeller Potsdam is applied to conduct verification and validation processes the order of accuracy of case studies. The solver is applied in this paper is the commercial software Star-CCM+
