THE FEATURES OF ECOLOGICAL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

The article explores the features of environmental strategies in the development of enterprises in the construction industry. The problem of theoretical substantiation of the environmental strategy concept of the enterprise, including the construction industry, is considered in scientific works mainly through the definition of strategies types of such category, presentation of their formation principles. The work determines the main scientific directions of the concept essence of environmental enterprise strategy (including in the construction industry). Also a study and evaluation of scientific approaches to these problems was carried out. Their objectivity is evaluated, in accordance with the conditions and nature of the environmentally oriented development of industrial subjects at the present stage. Guided by the provisions of the considered scientific approaches, the main essential features characterizing the concept being studied are highlighted. Based on the systematization and characteristics of these features, taking into account the research of scientific views on a given problem, the author's approach is formulated, aimed at universalizing the understanding of the concept essence. The article investigates an attempt to develop a universal interpretation of the concept essence of environmental strategy of building industry company. The ecological strategy of the building industry enterprise is a model of strategic support and substantiation of actions, procedures of implementation of environmentally oriented development within the defined level of the subject of the construction industry, which provides for the greening of economic processes, process directions. The environmental strategy determines the balance or interest's priority of the enterprise in the economic and environmental spheres and provides the opportunity to create synergies in economic, market indicators. The scientific novelty of this concept lies in the fact that for the first time at the scientific level, compared with similar definitions, such a wide list of essential features has been taken into account, which, in turn, is the basis of the estimated indicators of the environmental strategy of the business structure.
