AN ANALYSIS OF PATENT PUBLICATIONS BY TECHNOLOGY THROUGH STEPWISE MULTIPLE REGRESSION MODEL

This paper deals with the analysis of variable regressed on the patent publications by technology derived from the resident patent filling and patent granted in WIPO patent classification. The patent classification is based on audio visual technology, telecommunications, digital communications, basic communication process, computer technology, IT methods and management, semiconductors, optics. The regression analysis of the patent publication is with respect to the major countries such as China, India and USA respectively
