DESIGN OF LOGISTIC SCHEMES ON THE ROUTE

The article considers the problem of the definition of the freight charges for transportation of liquid cargoes by rail in the intermodal transport with the railways of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. It presents the technique of determining freight rates with the scheme of the tariff fracture and of through the shoulder. Calculations to determine freight rates were made by using the software package Rail-Tarif. The calculation results show the effectiveness of the freight rate determination with the scheme of through the shoulder.
