Abstract
In the decade after the war the traditional centers of jewelry art in Russia attracted the attention of the public authorities. This was due to the necessity of the organization of consumer goods production and employment were returning from the front specialists. But, at the same time, interest in traditional culture reflect the overall national-Patriotic enthusiasm, reigning in the country which not only the military but a moral victory. Appeal to the basics of national culture, in turn, has created the preconditions for the development of the Russian jewelry school in the second half of the century
