USE OF INNOVATIVE TEACHING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE GENERAL EDUCATION PREPARATION THE FUTURE SKILLED WORKERS OF AGRICULTURAL VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOLS

Abstract
The instrument for the formation of new vocational education is innovative pedagogical activity, which consists in introducing qualitatively new elements in the educational process of modern vocational and technical educational institution, in particular an agricultural profile. The proposed article discloses the basic requirements that such pedagogical technology must meet. The main groups of innovative teaching technologies are analyzed that improve the quality of general education of future skilled agricultural workers. It is proved that innovation is one of the dominant trends in the development of the personality of the future skilled agricultural worker. With this in mind, it can be argued that general education in such a vocational and technical institution is built on the basis of preserving and developing the creative potential of the student, its professional orientation, the student's readiness to perceive and solve new problems. To cope with this task is possible only if a reasonable combination of traditional and innovative forms and methods of instruction. This is facilitated by innovative technologies, the use of which is not an end in itself, but only means to achieve such an atmosphere in the group that best fosters cooperation, mutual understanding and goodwill, enables the teacher to implement personal-oriented instruction, to educate competent person. It is substantiated that the innovative potential of general education of an agricultural vocational and technical educational institution is determined in the analysis of the following positions: the direction of innovation to change the goals, content, technology of the organization, approaches to assessing the educational outcomes of students; an integrated approach to teaching, learning and assessment; Form the ability to learn, that is, set goals, plan and organize their own learning activities; develop communication skills and skills. The following are the most characteristic of innovative technologies: information and communication technologies (ICT); personality-oriented technologies that put the student's personality at the center entire educational system; information and analytical support of the educational process and quality management of education. Their specific features and forms are determined, and the specifics of their use in the general educational cycle of an agricultural vocational and technical educational institution are revealed.
