CULTUROLOGICAL APPROACH AS A CONCEPTUAL BASIS FOR THE ROMANCE PHILOLOGY BACHELORS’ CULTUROLOGICAL COMPETENCE FORMATION

Abstract
The importance of the present research consists in grounding of the culturological approach main point and its relevance in the system of higher professional education in the field of foreign linguistics, particularly during the Romance philology bachelors' professional training. The present research seeks to describe the culturological approach as a conceptual basis for the Romance philology bachelors' culturological competence formation, specification of its practical realization educational conditions during their professional training. Culturological approach during the Romance philology bachelors' professional training is interpreted as a body of theoretical and methodological statements, and organizational and educational events aimed at creation of conditions for mastering and rendering the professional values and techniques that ensure their creative self-actualization in the intercultural communication and school modern-languages education. Culturological approach is considered the main system-creating agent of the Romance philology bachelors' personal and professional development that contributes to their culturological competence formation during the professional training. The educational conditions necessary for culturological approach fulfilment during the Romance philology bachelors' professional training in order to form their culturological competence are proved the following:optimising of the culturological approach axiological aspects while teaching;contribution to the professional development of a personality as a subject of the culturological self-identification and self-actualization;prevalence of the intercultural dialogue as means of intersubjectival relations between the members of pedagogical communication on rendering and mastering of educational information about cultural diversity in their country and in the countries of the language under consideration;expanding of the university's social and cultural scope concerning the Romance philology bachelors' comprehension of their personal value and professional activity as subjects of the intercultural communication and managers of school polycultural education. The culturological approach fulfilment is stated to imply the professional training of the Romance philology bachelors as modern languages and culture teachers-to-be in a context of human culture in order to achieve culturological competence, ability to keep up with the culture level, representation of its achievements and creation of new moral values. A new educational system – polycultural education – is considered a prospect of the culturological approach fulfilment during the professional training of the Romance philology bachelors as modern languages and culture teachers-to-be. It makes it possible to study and comprehend the diversity of peoples in the world, and to find common features there.
