FEATURES OF TRAINING SPECIALISTS OF LABOUR TRAINING PROJECT ON PRINCIPLES OF TECHNOLOGY

Introduction. The author has paid a lot of attention to clarifying component of modern teacher technology - technological education. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to highlight the features of training specialists in labor training according to the principles of design and technological activities in the institutions training and teaching universities in Ukraine at the beginning of the XXI century. Results. The basic legal documents regulating educational process specialists work readiness training teachers in the context of the implementation of design and technological activities in the educational environment of the school. It was found that changing orientation in labor training and education of students led to the renewal of approaches to training teachers in the educational system of vocational education as the main focus of the work of teachers has become realization of design and technology approach. Revealed that the State Standard of secondary education in 2004 became the base for the formation of human capital education component of teaching staff in Ukraine. The standard is declared the new requirements of the teacher labor training content through the implementation of educational field "Technology", which covers the following subjects and courses – work training, production technology, production bases, computer science. The majority of scholars in their scientific researches are outlining the solutions to the above mentioned problem. The design and technological system is presented and created since independence source base for the introduction of labor education students and the formation of future teachers of labor studies for the project of students in secondary schools. The basic guidelines adopted cohort of leading Ukrainian scientists Concept Technology Education students in general educational institutions of Ukraine. Originality. The range of the principles of design and technological activities have been determined in the educational process of the university. The importance of constant updating training of teaching staff for introduction of modern educational technologies and new achievements of science and technology in the classroom was highly emphasized. Conclusion. Based on the conclusions represented the facts that the theory and practice of formation of the educational component of human capital professionals with advanced training work must contain this component of learning how to design and technological activities.
