Abstract
The system of musical education and development ties together the aesthetic education of music perception and development of the performing abilities of children. Familiarization with the best samples of musical creativity is the basis of moral education of the preschool child by means of this art, the basis for the formation of musical taste. For the period of the preschool childhood the child with the active participation in musical practice makes a huge leap in both in General and in the musical development that occurs: in the field of emotions, from impulsive reactions to the simplest of musical phenomena more pronounced and varied emotional manifestations. in the field of sensation, perception and hearing - from individual distinctions of musical sounds to a holistic, conscious and active perception of music, to the differentiation of pitch, rhythm, timbre and dynamics. in the field of manifestation of the relationship - from unsustainable to more sustainable Hobbies, interests, and needs, the first manifestations of musical taste. in performing of activities from the action to show imitation to self-expressive and creative manifestations in song and music and rhythmic movement. The period of childhood is characterized by intense development of musical abilities, and to support the development of creativity of children is a priority. In modern conditions of development of preschool education there are many programs for the implementation of this task. Education should provide optimal conditions for psychological development, and the music is the most effective way to improve the level of development of creative abilities, formation of artistic and aesthetic taste, the realization of children's potential in music activities. It has developed a system of musical training that allows you to form artistic and aesthetic taste of children.
