Abstract

Introduction. In the XXI century, the training of highly professional pedagogical and scientific staff who fits the integration criterion «pedagogical skills + communication art + new technologies» is especially important. The problem of the primary school teacher's mastery is one of the most relevant in pedagogical science, because the implementation of curricula, the quality of educational services, the education of students both during the learning process and extracurricular time depend on the. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of pedagogical mastery, to substantiate its role in the professional activity of the future primary education teachers, to reveal the features of the use of innovative technologies and interactive learning methods during classes on pedagogical mastery. Results. The research reveals the essence of pedagogical mastery as an important factor in the effectiveness of the educational process in the primary school. The aspects of formation of professional skills of future primary education teachers are considered in the research on the basis of the creative approach to the organization of the educational process. The importance of using innovative technologies and interactive teaching methods in the educational process is substantiated by the authors. Originality. The dynamism characteristic to modern civilization, growing social role of a personality, humanization and democratization of a society, intellectualization of labor cause the necessity of formation of future primary education teachers as creative professionals, developing in them creativity, communication skills, preparing them for fruitful productive activity. The requirements to the teacher's personality are naturally quite high. In this regard, every teacher must be not only a good specialist, but also have the great skills of education and upbringing. The actuality of this problem in modern theory and practice of primary education is caused by the need to improve the professional training of the future teacher, in particular his pedagogical mastery elements. Conclusion. In conclusion it must be said, that the development of innovative processes in education at present is an objective norm that is caused by the intensive development of information technologies in all spheres of human life; by updating of the contents of the philosophy of modern education,( the centre of which is the universal human aspect); by the humanistically oriented character of the interaction of participants of the educational process; by the need to increase the level of activity and responsibility of the student and the future specialist for his own professional activity. Consequently the use of innovative technologies and interactive learning methods becomes of paramount importance in the formation of personal professional mastery.
