SPHERE OF ACTIVITY OF THE ANTIMONOPOLY AUTHORITIES AND THEIR OFFICIALS AS ECONOMIC AND LEGAL CONSTRUCTION

Purpose. The study features of activity sphere of antimonopoly authorities with economic and legal positions. Methodological basis of the research constitute systematic and structural, dialectical, historical and legal methods, economic and legal approach. The Results. Identified features of the antimonopoly authorities, disclosed the contents of the activity, given the author’s definition of the activity as economic and legal structures. Scientific novelty consists in considering the activity sphere of antimonopoly authorities as a legal and economic structures in their unity and mutual influence.
