Abstract

The article examines the process of managing the innovative activities of the institution of vocational (vocational) education (hereinafter – PA(PA)O). The urgency of structuring innovation and developing a management model is due to updating the classical content of control as a management function and the need for objective expert assessment to make timely and effective decisions to improve the quality of the educational process, as the labor market needs an educated, self-sufficient, competitive graduate. The innovative component occupies a rather important place in the management of vocational (vocational) education in the region, as it forms the basis for the implementation of qualitative changes, adjustments in the functioning and development of PA(PA)О. The latest research and publications of scientists from different fields of knowledge on the problems of innovation management in FE(PA)O, educational institutions, as well as substantiation of the general foundations of pedagogical innovation, which allowed the author to determine the features of FE(PA)O. It is emphasized that the problem of innovation management in FE(PA)O in modern socio-economic conditions of society is quite relevant. In the presence of a multifaceted theoretical basis for the training of skilled workers, sufficient development of professional pedagogy on the problem of innovation management in ZP(PT)O have not found their development; not all theoretical conclusions are brought to the level of practical application. Science and practice have accumulated a wealth of experience in innovation, which creates favorable opportunities for deepening innovation processes in the PA(PA)О and the organization of scientific research in them
