Abstract
The present work seeks to awaken a new look and reflect on humanized management, with the objective of understanding the role of the school manager and other collaborators in this process, as well as knowing the perspectives and the countless challenges found in the development of a differentiated and welcoming education. The theoretical framework that supported us was based on the contributions of:Lück (2011), Libâneo (2004), Freire (2001), among others. Therefore, the methodology that underlies our research is qualitative, from a literature review and was also performed bibliographic research based on authors and theorists who reflected the theme, so we could support our reflections and concerns, in order to expand our knowledge about what is a humanized democratic management, its challenges and suggest significant actions aimed at the construction and application of this management model. The results show that schools with humanized management and teaching have contributed to a better reception of students, in addition to contributing positively to their academic, personal and human growth
