Abstract
This article aims to analyze the existing educational bureaucracy in school life, the documentary burden that burdens not only the School Manager and the Pedagogical Coordinator, but also the Teacher reaching out to the student, one of the most affected camouflaged within thissystem. The complex and unnecessary requirements and records that are born in the Ministry of Education and end up in the hands of the student, shielded in an objective that hides the manipulation of teaching at each instance, where time is spent more forfilling and constuction of the documents than for the availability for the affective construction on the process of teaching-learning having the educanting as the protagonista of the action of teaching andlearn. The methodology that underlies our researchis qualitative based on a literature review and documentar research. As an instrument for obtaining and collectingAS and instrument for obtaining and collectingwe had a questionare with a manager of a public institution located in the municipality of Governador Dix-Sept Rosado/RN. A makeup that enchants and does not perceive the hidden interest of public policies, especially in the educational sphere, delaying knowledge. The bureaucracy is the great villain of the systems, it is the weapon that the public power enslaves people from work until it reaches society in general. Acting in silence prevents moral and intellectual growth and individual and collective development inside and outside the school, all without the perception of the population.
