State budgetary system and its regulating function in economy

The state budgetary system is an integral part of the economic system of the state, its financial base and the most important tool for social and economic development as well as harmonization of public interests. It is a rather complex phenomenon that organically unites objective and subjective principles, the form of resolution of contradictions between which is its development in line with a certain financial doctrine. The article is devoted to the analysis of the functioning of the state budgetary system in the Donetsk People's Republic.
