Abstract

Introduction. Business partnership is an important element of doing business. Few business representatives can independently complete the full cycle of production and sales of products. In one or another field, help is definitely needed, and it is by no means free from other specialists. If points of contact and common interests are found for all parties, so-called synergy occurs. In addition, the effects of the efforts of two or more companies are much stronger than the effects of the work of each individual company. Proclamation of economic and social reforms, support of economically developed countries, development and diversification of entrepreneurship are aimed at attracting investors to the domestic economy, as this increases their need for information, and therefore, for an objective analysis of business partnerships of motor vehicle enterprises based on this information. There is a need to define the economic essence of the concept of «business partnership» as an object of economic analysis. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the economic essence of the concept of «business partnership» as an object of economic analysis, to identify its advantages and disadvantages. Methods. In the course of the research, the author used the following methods of scientific knowledge: synthesis and analysis of information, modeling, comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, abstract-logical method, data visualization. Results. In the course of the research, the author provided the author's definition of the concept of «business partnership», it is appropriate to consider it as an object of economic analysis that forms a group of different types of relationships that take place on the basis of voluntary contracts and involve the implementation of certain economic activities on the basis of association or allocation of resources, responsibilities and risks in order to protect and strengthen the competitive position. on the market and ensure positive results of the enterprise. The advantages and disadvantages of business partnership for business entities are given. Discussion. In further research, it is proposed to focus attention on the development of a system of indicators used for the analysis of business partnerships of motor transport enterprises. This will make it possible to improve the analytical support of the business partnership of motor transport enterprises.
