MODELING CYBER THREAT RISKS USING EPIDEMIC SPREAD MODELS

The article describes the concept of an epidemic spread model, considers their main types and describes the SIR model in detail. The article also highlights the peculiarities of applying epidemic spread models in the field of information security of banks, adapts the SIR model for its use in modeling the spread of cyber threats, and considers the advantages and disadvantages of its application.
