Abstract
Ssion Analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. It was found that there 4 factors most affecting the academic administration of school administrator under Roi-Et primary educational service area 3 of the transformational leadership namely; 1) Idealized Influence 2) Inspirational Motivation 3) Intellectual Stimulation 4) Individuallized Consideration 2. The transformational leadership administration of school administrator was positively related to the academic administrator under Roi-Et primary educational service area 3 at the 0.01 level of significantly. Forecast for 50.90 3. Using Stepwise multiple regression to Analysis the data, it was found that factors which affecting the academic administration of school administrator under Roi-Et primary educational service area 3 consisted of 4 factors.
