Abstract
A case of surgical treatment of type A dissecting aneurysm in 18 weeks pregnant woman is considered. The clinical case demonstrates that early medical service, highly qualified medical staff and availability of high tech medical equipment made it possible to save the life not only of the patient but also the life of her child.
