Abstract
A clinical case of nonepithelial tumor of the stomach ? gastric leiomyoma complicated by gastric bleeding and pyloric stenosis is presented. The applied methods of preoperative diagnostics allowed to establish the correct diagnosis. Surgical treatment was successful, distal gastrectomy with B1 anastomosis was performed.
